About the event
“The Augur” is a macabre fortune telling puppetry experience. Audiences kneel at the altar of this ancient divinatory to have their fates foretold by the birds in this unforgettable improvised dark comedy. After slumbering for thousands of years, The Augur is a misanthropic and ornery oracle with a penchant for ornithological rhyming and being the bearer of bad news.
This show has been performed across Canada to much acclaim from audiences:
“...𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐃 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞!”
“...𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦…”
“[𝐀]𝐧 𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐲 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐧𝐝!”
